She secretly arrived at Beijing two days ago and yesterday, she went to the Great Wall. She also toured around the Forbidden City. She praises the sceneries in Beijing. However, her trip to Beijing made Chinese Potter fans start to have a "fight". She makes a lot of HP girl fans jealous while the HP boy fans think she's beautiful. Since Katie came without any notice, not a lot of fans arrived at the airport to welcome her. Katie was born in Scotland, so this is her first time coming to Mainland China. Yesterday, while touring around the Great Wall and the Forbidden City, she said :" Even though I was born in Scotland, I always wanted to come to [Mainland] China, and now my dream has come true!" Today, Katie still isn't resting. In the morning, she was inteviews by the Beijing media, and in the afternoon, she met with Chinese HP fans. After her trip to Beijing, she'll be on her way to Hong Kong. Because of Thanksgiving, Shanghai was cancelled as one of the places to go. Mr. Chen, from WB said :" Katie wants to go home as fast as she could to celebrate Thanksgiving with them. That's why the schedule has been cut short." In the moving, Katie protrays Harry's first love and in the fifth movie, she'll steal Harry's first kiss. This made a lot of HP fangirls jealous and that's one of the reasons they don't like Katie. Some say she's ugly, her acting isn't good, in the movie is nothing but a so-called ' beauty'. However, to the boy fans, they have a little crush on Katie. After watching the movie, a lot of boy fans say that Katie looks very innocent, and looks like how they imaged Cho to be. Yesterday afternoon, A 22 year old Beijiner was at the airport waiting for Katie to arrive. He waited starting from the afternoon all the way till night. He waited a total of 5 hours and then was told that Katie arrived at Beijing a day before. Disappointed, he replied :" Even though I didn't get to see her yet, I'll see her at the fan meeting today." Tonight at 7:45, Katie will arrive at Beijing New Century Theatre and meeting with the fans/audience. » Back |
