To welcome Katie, the XingHua theatre posted the poster of Cho and Cedric in front of the lobby. Some people who just finished watching the movie saw the poster and looked at it and started to talk. Reporters went over and asked which scene did they like Cho in the best. They replied at the Yule Ball.

This answer was probably the only answer. So to make the meeting more closer to the movie, they included a dance lesson. Katie was the teacher and teaching the other HP fans to dance. Katie immediately agreed to this. Four lucky fans became her students. One, about the same age as Katie went up and gave her a hug. The other three were very mannered and shook hand with Katie. When the "Blue Danube" started to play, Katie started to dance. It looked like Harry was her dance partner. The audience cheered.

Even though Katie is a 18 year old girl, but because of being HP's promotion star, she was treated just how a real star would be treated. According the her schedule, Katie's fan meeting at HuaXing theatre is about 10 minutes but the meeting went over time. At the end, crew members didn't wait till the meeting ended and told her it's time to go. But the reporters were all locked outside. When she got out, some cameramen and crew members had a little arguement. But still, Katie's performance made the fans satisfied, they said in English, "See you in the next film, Cho Chang!"
