Leo Ku Goes To England And Films Music Video With "Harry Potter's Girlfriend"

Leo Ku goes to England for his new album "Moments" scenery selecting and for filming his single "Love Coming Home" music video. He also invited the Chinese actress in Harry Potter, Katie Leung to be his leading actress.

Because of his tight schedule, when Leo arrived in England, he started to film right away and had no time to meet with Katie. This time, not only is Leo acting but also directing. Because of not meeting with Katie beforehand, he talked with her about the plot of the video when they first met.

Because "Harry Potter" is mostly filmed indoors and this music video is filmed outdoors, Katie, being filmed in a public area for the first time, wasn't that use to it at first. But Leo kept on making her laugh and happy so she filmed in a more relaxed atmosphere. Because of the tight filming schedule, Leo and katie never had time to sit down and eat. Good thing Katie understood the tight schedule and performed very professionally and furthermore, both did not eat a thing for 10 hours due to the tight filming.

This music video is about two people who don't know each other but met each other or pass each other very often and at the end met on a bus and became a couple. There was one scene where the two had to hold hands, the temperature at that time was 35°C (95°F) which made Leo's hands sweat a lot causing him to feel embarrassed and not trying to hold Katie's hand too tight; he held her hand lightly. Leo told Katie to not mind his hands being sweaty and not only did Katie not mind, she said to just follow the original holding position because that way they'll look like a real couple, Leo therefore praised Katie's professionalism.

There are a lot of different sceneries in the music video, one of them was a bookstore which appeared in the film "Notting Hill". Because of the film, a lot of tourists come and visit which made the bookstore not letting anyone film, so they had to film secretly. The bookstore owner identified Katie as an actress and saw her coming in several times but not looking at books and this made him suspicious that she was filming, but when he went out, there were no cameras or any filming related material outside so he went back in. The crew actually was filming at a restaurant across from the bookstore and no one found out. Leo and Katie saw the bookstore owner coming out several times and his expressions were very funny, it felt like they were playing hide and seek with each other which made the filming process very fun.

After filming Katie said that Leo is an excellent director and actor and also during filming, he was very patient and showed demeanor and also had a sense of humor. Because this was her first time filming a music video, it felt really fun. Even though she was born in Hong Kong, she grew up in Scotland so she never had a chance to work with people from Hong Kong, she felt a sense of closeness around her. The record company extremely value this music video and have showed this music video at Times Square several times.

Leo invited Katie to attend his September concerts in Hong Kong. And also knowing that the main theme is magic, she said it sounds interesting and hopefully her schedule won't clash with the concert.
