Your 3 year old probably would not Have Chicken Pox catching any issues, but your 2 month old would be in possible danger. They can not get shingles but yes chicken pox. I had shingles a few months ago. Vaccinated My 2 year old did not get the chicken pox but my 6 month old did. I was nursing her at the time too so it was not hard for me to be near her. It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. It did not really bother her at all. I think my 2 year old Would Have Suffered More with the itching and all. She scratches a mosquito bite till it bleeds! And I just Could not Imagine her With the pox. Even though it’s the same virus, shingles is Caused from the virus lying dormant in nerves and then a reactivating. Actual chicken pox can be transmitted through the air so it is far more contagious. Shingles can not be transmitted through the air. See your Doctor acerca taking an antiviral mediication to help with your symptoms and decrease the chance of Perhaps transmission. Try to limit your exposure skin With them, just to be safe.
