Canker sores and herpes | Pediatrician Dr. Andreas Busse

Hello I have a nearly 8-week-old baby. Now I realize how I can get a small mouth ulcer in the mouth. Is this contagious or dangerous for my child? Is it enough if I while I have this Aphte not kiss the girl or canker sores as dangerous as herpes? How about if I get cold sores, that would be life-threatening for my little one?
